Face to face interview
We meet at our office to informally discuss each other’s expectations, goals, share past experiences. Just to see if we are on the same page. Do not expect talking in a closed room behind the thick glass. -
Bootcamp
You will spend 1 - 2 days at our office. Yes, we understand it may sound like a lot to ask, but we believe it is worth it. You get to try the work you’d be eventually doing, meet the colleagues and experience the office atmosphere. And we get to know you and your skills better than just from your CV. -
Final yes or no
No additional interviews. The decisions are usually made quite quickly. If the mutual expectations are met, we are happy to have you on board.
